Local Goodwill

The Local provides a small goodwill gift to TLOTL Members for extraordinary events in their lives – a death of an immediately family member (spouse, parent, child); or the birth or adoption of a child.
A card honouring the specific event and a $50 gift card will be mailed to the member. At the discretion of the President, flowers may also or alternatively be sent. The form can be completed by the member themselves, or another TLOTL member. Please complete the form here (Event must have occurred in the same fiscal year as the application – July 1 to June 30)
