| The Duties of the ETFO-TLOTL Executive shall be the following 7.2.10 to establish a 7.2.15 to fill any vacancies occurring in any or all positions in the ETFO-TLOTL Executive during their term of office in accordance with Article IX, Sections 9.5 and/or 9.6. a) Where such a vacancy shall be created through retirement or resignation of an Executive Member, the by-election shall take place at the next general meeting. | Section 9.1 – Eligibility 9.1.1 An active ETFO-TLOTL member in good standing may stand for elected office. 9.1.2 A candidate for President must have served at least one full term on the Executive in the preceding four years.
